The 2012 Christmas HYPER JAPAN promises to be bigger and better than ever, packing a hadouken force punch of amazing pop culture, showcasing some of Japan’s most famous modern hobbies. There will be live performances and special guests such as samurai sword artists KAMUI, robotics innovation from ITK, talks from acclaimed anime experts courtesy of the Japan Media Arts Festival, and some genuinely rocking J-music acts hot from the Tokyo scene. There's enough manga, cosplay, and gaming related contents to satisfy even the most ardent otaku.

HYPER JAPAN will also once again be hosting the preliminary selection rounds for the European Cosplay Gathering (ECG) and the World Cosplay Summit (WCS), as well as the famous Cosparade.
