The Official Square Enix Magazine issue 1 is available to download for free

We've put together a free digital magazine which has info on all of our upcoming games, such as Tomb Raider, Deus Ex: Human Revolution and FINAL FANTASY XIII-2. It's available right now, you just have to click here.

 

Inside you'll also find interviews with FINAL FANTASY XIV's Noaki Yoshida, Crystal Dynamics' Karl Stewart and even yours truly, as well as a list of great Square Enix fansites and more. Please let us know what you think in the comments section below.

The fan sites list is a good initiative. It would be nice to see more different fan sites in the upcoming issues.

A good many things in that, not exactly 'revealed' as much as 'tasted' lots of things with XIII-2 said to be upcoming, e.g. Lightning has two major rivals or enemies (the man in the first trailer and the reference to 'she is Lightning's fated rival', presumably the darker person on the logo) I also like the idea of the Episode 0 mentioned. Keep up the good work Square Enix!

I normally don't do newsletters and the like, but for a free digital magazine as this one I'd love to spend time with. It was even a lot better than I thought, as expected from Squenix' quality. Good job ladies and gentlemen !

Love the magazine.. Its accessible throughout the world which is very very convenient.. And the content is very informative.. I hope to see an issue dedicated only to FFXIII-2. Also, I really can't wait to play this game.. I hope EU get to play the game the same time as USA... And please please do come to Gamefest in Birmingham this September.. I really want to play the demo!! Thanks~!!

This was so worth the ten minutes it took to open (uber capped), it's nice to see not everyone wants to charge for providing information and reviews on games.

Indeed this is a nice surprise! I hope this will be a monthly thing :) and to be honest it's nice to see that someone takes time to create something for it's community free of charge...now-days this things are rare, everywhere you look people are trying to make money from the smallest things. Very good Square Enix!

I really loved this! Massive FF fan, so it was great to read more on XIII-2. It's gorgeously presented and laid out, and it was nice to hear from you in there too. (: I hope this continues regularly, because I personally think it's awesome!

Lovely, I always thought an official podcast should be done much like the KP report. We have the exellent FFunion cast but others are few & far between. Will the mag be a monthly thing or...?
