Square Enix Weekly Recap

It's all hands on deck this Monday morning as we make the last minute preparations for gamescom. Apologies if we sound a bit quiet today but expect plenty of updates from Germany and of course the obligatory sausage related tweets. In the meantime join us in looking at all the cool news to hit the web last week.

@Ben Bateman You always say you welcome feedback and I rarely give any so I thought I would for a change.

I find Square has been kind of slacking recently. Your communication has been quite awful. For example when you said FF Dimension's was too be released on Android the same day as IOS but it hasn't even been released in Europe on Android. You have rushed out releases of games that have had several problems. (Namely FFVI for PC and I also believe Dimensions also had problems?)

Your weekly recaps have disappeared, this was the last one and it was almost a month ago... And you rarely give the EU community anything back for supporting Square Enix. NA and JP get rewards for registering games, we get, well nothing. I just find it a bit unfair that other regions get it and we are left out. Other game developers are very supportive of there fan base. You should take a look at CD Projekt RED for example, they are fully behind there community!

Yes you have improved a lot of things on the EU website since you started and introduced some great idea's. Such as the improved layout, weekly recaps, gamer chat and the competitions. But you seem to have dropped two of those idea's. I hope you know i'm not moaning at you and I understand that you just can't make things happen there and then, but everything coming from Square has been pretty poor recently and I just really want to know what is going on?
can you care to explain why fear effect 2 is pulled from the UK store, you SE & SCEE are strange bedfellows both incompetence. SCEE incompetence is always delaying stuff censorship games & not doing a good job getting promise spyro.

You SE incompetence not giving us what we wanted i also belive You asked SCEE to pulled sleeping dogs demo as SCEE announce it today on EU-blog.
Square Enix... Will you ever reward your European customers with prizes like the US and *** sites do? I'm beginning to wonder why I am bothering to even register my games when my American friends get iPods, plaques and limited merchandise for supporting you but we get nothing :/
