If you’re a PC gamer and the only thing stopping you from pre-ordering Tomb Raider was finding out what hardware you’d need to run the game, then we’re here to help!
The PC version of the game has been a collaboration between Crystal Dynamics and Nixxes, which has meant that a lot of optimisations for the platform have been included, such as increased detail tessellation, improved SSAO and post-filter effects – not to mention very high resolution textures, shadows and cloths.
Not only that, but the game takes advantage of integration with Steamworks, meaning that you’ll be able to save to the cloud, earn achievements, update automatically and all the rest of the goodies that go with it.
