@Darjii98 - 130 hours? I managed to platinum the game in 120 hours or just under... 2nd time completeing the game 100% was close to 90 hours give or take a couple

good graphics, hard (sometimes) battles (i mean harder then previous FF), new good battle system, average story. the only wthat i dont like - very "line" scenario (map). good game. pc: sorry for criticism.

Just purchased FF13 I hope it lives up to the hype, graphics are amazing which is to be expected with SE and so far Lightning is my fav character but we will see...

ffinal fantasy xiii with FFXIII-2 are the best games I ever played, the characters, the story is absolutely fantastic. I hope that the square face even FFXIII-3 because I am attached to light <3!

@JackusLarkus, Thank you! Finally someone who shares my thoughts on FFXIII (and also XIII-2 for me)! I see most people saying "FVII is the best" just because of some random reasons and that they can't comprehend anything that is after VII.

@JakusLarkus: I agree with ffqrt027, as I could not have put that any better. This game is my favorite Final Fantasy along with its sequel. So like the others before me, thank you Square Enix for an amazing game that brought out so many emotions within me.

Loved. Every. Second of it. I have never come across a piece of software that has made me smile, laugh, cry, worry and rejoice as much as Final Fantasy XIII has. It truly is the most amazing thing I have ever seen, its splendour and magnificence easily bypassing anything on this planet. It took me little over a year to fully complete this game from start to finish, and the time I spend on it is the most well-invested time of my life. I absolutely adore this game with all my heart and soul, as it displays not only a beautifully crafted graphics engine, but the absolute most wonderful story I have ever, ever seen. Boss fights were difficult, up to the point where they were not impossible (for skilled RPGers, at least) but gave you a real sense of pride and achievement. People criticise this game for being linear and murky, with 'no real story progression'? They must be joking. Either that or they don't understand true beauty in a game. The gameplay was enchanting, smooth and captured the (interested) player unlike anything I've ever seen, yet at the same time it was fast-paced, exciting and thoroughly enjoyable. And as for the graphics? Well, what can I say? I have never seen a more astonishingly well-rendered and created world, from the amazing attention-to-detail of the smallest Pulsian flower, to the awe-inspiring splendour of the Archylte Steppe. The story made me cry on more that ten occasions, but it would always be there to pick me up with the most tremendous, uplifting plot-twists. I've read more books than I care to admit and none of them come close to FFXIII. This game is a true work of divine art and I extensively thank Square Enix for providing us with it. I was truly, deeply in love with this game when I bought it and that has not changed, nor will it in the future. Absoultely magnificent.

Only up to chapter6 so far, having played ff10 & ff12 several times i was not looking forward to learning the paradigm system, but have found them easy to use. the only complaints are that the A.I. controlling the secondary character in a Med role is a little slow to throw cures my way and drop rates are pretty poor at this stage so upgrading is not really possible till later. Overall, moving from PS2 to PS3 has been worth it for the cinematic sequences alone.

I absolutely love this final fantasy game but i also loved XII, X, X-2,VII actually every final fantasy game and kingdom hearts game if square enix ever goes bust then i dont know what action and strategy games i will be able to play. it sets the tone for the best games ever created so for square enix you make the other games look like they were made by kids.

Final Fantasy 13 is the best game i ever played. Sure Hitman ist good and Just Cause too but i think it must give more games like Final Fantasy 13. And 13-2 is good too but i think (i don't know why) that 13 is better (a little bit).

i think it true why because FFv13 was a stupid name it not part of the canon FF in the numbered series & FFv13 make it like a spin off i dont like action RPG they did it with FF-DoC. :/

I'm not particularly thrilled about vsXIII becoming FFXV if that video is real. I'd rather the main FF series to continue having menu-based combat instead of becoming an action RPG. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

alright the pre E3 continues apparently E3 has started now more PRE-E3 behind the scenes stuff take this leaked video of FFv13 but wait it a FF 25th anniversary game.

with FF15 at the end. so why is SE not telling us stuff? :(

there also a New FF for the IOS called FFD it had the 25th anniversary logo on it if that the only 25th anniversary is very poor taste SE.
